• There is a book that is published within Osrona with details from Seth Duran's journal which was written during the time of the Witch Trials. In it, the author, E. Salis, describes in detail the art of Dreamwalking, Hexxing, a Witch's use of Essence, and an in depth analysis of their spectral sight.
  

• Elijah Soleis' contribution during the Ester Isle battle and his sweeping defeats over many Demonkind of prominence, along with his history, have led to his promotion to the fabled rank of Lightbringer, stationed within Osrona to serve her Majesty directly.

On her first annual Sabbath, Lemuria announced that Anabelle had stepped down, appointing Lemuria as the new leader of the village, which she announced with the theatrical flair that she was known for. Her first order of business was to appoint Alita Tym, Alyssa Kurokaiyo and Grendel Beo as Councilors of her village, granting them the power to represent Moonfall and recruit others into the village, among other duties not worth mentioning.

Her second order of business was announcing her intent to locate a certain relic, rumored to be locked within the deepest confines of Helheim itself.

Moonfall's relationship with the Tower remains unchanged, its unconditional support to be offered on all fronts. The war against Osrona rages on, no matter the results of the recent raid.

Despite her new position and the duties that come with it, Lemuria is still more than willing to teach people the arts of occultism and witchcraft.

An undue amount of funding is also funneled into the CROWBERT REPORT, as it is now considered the official state-sponsored media outlet of Moonfall.

Theria, the Free City

Following a series of unfortunate events within the city's gate, Warlord Lukas mer Joyau makes an announcement to the city.

• Hall of Mercenaries - The Warlords have begun gathering relics of power for future generations within the Hall of Mercenaries. Warlord Sajid make's the first contribution in this new initiative. The Ambassador placed within it's vaults so in times of strife a new wielder of the magitech gun may pick up his mantle. 
  

The Shimmering City of Osrona

The Queen Mother addressed the people of Osrona, a speech that would no doubt be passed throughout the other territories as well.

As you are all aware, the last few years have been tumultuous and unpredictable. We have lost fathers and mothers, brother and sisters, friend and acquaintance.

No matter how hard times have been in the past, our people have persevered. The First Light is the most prestigious military organization in Esshar, unparalleled in both might and skill. This has not changed, even if our leadership has.

Those who wish to join our ranks are urged to seek out a knight, myself, or Mora. We will be holding practice drills regularly. Our enemies look for weakness, but they will see nothing but unity and strength.

Myllenoris and Theria were once territories under the Essharan Empire, yet now they fancy themselves independent states. Nothing but rebels, of course.

During the war with Barsburg, Myllenoris captured and executed several of our knights. They chose to remain idle while we fought the war. As such, I advise against entering their borders. The same goes for Theria.

Furthermore, Rhoynish banditry remains at a high, a nuisance that will be dealt with promptly.

Leaders of other settlements and Teraphim in general need to be monitored. Escorted directly to the castle for matters of foreign affairs, or removed if they intend to simply idle around.

I trust you all know your duties. Be it civilian, soldier, or priest- we all have a part to play. Dangerous times lurk ahead, tension clear on our borders. More, now than ever- we must come together and forge ahead.

• Myllenoris is NEUTRAL with all other factions, at this time. The only exceptions are with bandit / rogue mercenary groups.
  
• Ranking members (Knights, Warlords, etc.) of foreign factions that wish to enter Myllenoris must be accompanied by an equal number of Greycloaks. Non-ranking and neutral parties are allowed free travel through and into Myllenoran territory. Myllenoris is free and open for all peaceful travelers, and those curious of the ways and lifestyle of Aschea's Faith.
  
• Petty crimes and disputes of the realm are to be brought to your nearest Greycloak. In this regard, Greycloaks and Mistseers have been granted absolute judicial and executive authority over interpersonal and legal disputes. They are judge, jury, and executioner. Common sense laws are in effect. Disruptors of the peace of Myllenoris will be dealt with harshly. (Decisions can be overruled by the High Lady or a Mistseer).
  
• A warning: unrest in the Spirit World, hushed whispers of the unseen suggest the remnants of Elaide's Coven move again. In response, the High Lady has decreed that the Greycloaks of the Valeborn should prepare immediately for fights to come.

The Offical Edict of the Church of Celestialism



Dear Faithful Patrons of Leonaus,
It is with great honor I announce to you he who will guide us closer to the Stars. Stellus Inante Arl Salis shall undergo the proper rituals to become the speaker of the stars. Having been decided upon by the Three Priest he is now acting leader of the Church of Celstialism may the stars bless his ascension. The Ritual of Ascencion will take place within a year and far before the Crowned Princes Coronation. The Church swears by the stars, that before the new King of Esshar is crowned he will have an advisor blessed to speak to the stars and guide him on his path to glory for the Kingdom.



Appointments within the Church


As Stellus Salis has now been appointed he and the Priests have now appointed promotions within their clergy.




Pericles Vitalis has been appointed to High Keeper of the Church of Celestials


Nina Garcia have been appointed as Arch Priestess of the Church of Celestials




Sparrow cos Queen, Romani cos Montclaire, Del mer Joyau Have all henceforth proven themselves worthy of becoming Deacons and having full membership rights of the Church and their services.



Future for the Church of Celesitalism

With the Stellus Salis having been chosen the Church moves into a new era with prospects of peace in the horizon the Church has begun to organize events to help further growth and prosperity to all patrons of Osrona.



First, there will be the Ritual to invoke Saint Mikahel being held by her Highness Princess Alice ras Petrakis, All who are intended are not to bring weaponry on their person within the domain of the Church or otherwise be escorted out by the Keepers. (Including Knights and Cadets.)

Secondly, The Church will be holding a talent show, Each contestant must pay an entry fee of 300 crowns, a reagent or ores(Only accepting Mythril and Orichalcum as those can be fashioned into Trauma Kits).


However anyone can make a donation and of whatever amount and caliber you deem fit, With coins or items. The winner of the talent show receives the gift of a blessing from the stars that will revitalize them for an entire year.


Come show off whatever skill or ability you are most proud of!  
All donations made during this event will go to fund the church in relieving the burdens of the denizens of Sudbury, Messaris and other territories of Osrona, within the rule of the Petrakis Crown.




As of now, the Stellus makes plans with his clergy to prepare for the Star Speaker Ritual that will allow him to converse with the stars in their ancient tongue. As such Stellus Salis will meditate every night until the stars are unhindered by the clouds and the constellation of Leonaus can be seen clearly, Then it is time for the ritual to begin.
