All I've got is codifying the Faction Armors into a proper recipie, maybe an addition of 'guild-locked' recipies along with it? IE something you can only make if you're a part of Aphros' special approved crafter's guild or something. Idk.
Otherwise most of what I'd want is already in the poll, perhaps a small speed increase for ships to make them a bit noticably faster than rowboats? Make the investment a bit more worthwhile, since sea travel is already kind of just time consuming...

Fix all the racials/make them viable. I'm tired of some races having only one racial be usable because of one reason or another. Lemme see claws! Lemme see berserkers! Lemme see 'em!

Renamed versions of some existing classes: (Mechanically rather than just fluff necromancy)
Necromancy as Spiritmancy and Fleshmancy, each added a little more fluff to their ideas. Spiritmancy would manage a spirit they summon and a system towards it rather than an undead, while fleshmancy would be like a flesh being.
New classes in general, and the return of things like Sunyata as an alternative to faith!
Make Medic a class instead of a tree that can allow different progressions. (Even a focus at one stage? Like ethereal wounds or etc so we can have some cool fluff to it)
And mostly, I would love to see more focus in the Wiki!

Currently there are not any signature spells for the entire Earth Tree, lets change that! (especially crystal and metal cause that's what I use)
