add more tyrium nodes around the map. there's only one and that makes it pretty skewed in who can feasibly get it without risk.
i also literally cannot keep up with my prisoner count...

Add the quest NPC locations to the newbie guide itself. Right now you got to dig through pins on the discord. A basic map in the newbie guide would also help

A mention in the newbie guide, that most starting areas have their own city guild. You can typically get an invite if you speak to one of the officials of the city, this can help get you started with the storyline of the faction you spawned in with

add a confirmation prompt when deleting shopkeepers, chests, anvils, cooking pots, etc.
Anything that can be interacted with.

Remove Emerald Tears from the Mystery chest. It only gives 3 perms and that alone is not worth 3k. Or maybe bump it up to giving 15 perms, that way its at least favorable.
