Describe the issue: Spirit Meld, slow movement
The duration is bugged a little bit and you move a little slower than usual in the invuln; also unable to attack so not sure what the use of the power boost is.
How to reproduce:
Use Spirit Meld.

Describe the issue: Demon Evolve doesn't give proper stats. Evolving too much takes away your stats instead. Relogging reverts you back to lesser demon stats but lets you keep the icon, making you have to evolve again every time you log in.
How to reproduce: Use Evolve as a demon with proper RPL, cry as it does not work as it should.

Describe the issue: Picking up a boat resets ownership to whomever sets it down again. Boats can be stolen with ease. If this isn't a bug I riot.
How to reproduce: pick up boat. congrats u own a boat now.
Describe the Issue: Glacial Spike aoes don't actually speed up the user.
How to reproduce: Throw glacial spike, watch nothing happen when u run on aoes.

Glacial Lance's slow lasts permanently until relog, and stacks.
How to reproduce: Use Glacial Lance on an enemy in an RPB. Watch them suffer.
