Swap to Spell Balance Suggestions. But, as a suggestion maybe looking at Mana Amnesia requirements... the prices are way too inflated and for a commonly used potion I don't think 8,000 coins per amnesia is really okay.

Remove the "Settlement Restricted" block on faction housing. It provides no real benefit and just makes it harder to create a well planned city. People can and will just use the public houses that can be placed anywhere if you block faction housing.

Where in blazes are you shopping that they sell them for 8k lmao. Sounds like someonr has a monopoly or the economy is terrible. Maybe I should stop being lazy and set up my alchemy shop to undercut everyone. All while hiding it in the remote corner of “Who knows where”.

Blackouts are even worse, given they take FIVE KY'IAH.
A fun idea if you want to keep them rare could be to make them growable, but you have to grow other plants near it to full size rather than watering the Ky'iah itself (so that the mushroom can eat the other plants' mana).
Otherwise, reduce both Amnesia and Blackout recipes to 1 Ky'iah. There's no reason for them to be so resource-intensive.
