I lagged out of the game and have perma-learned plasma leap. ( i dont even have fire attunement ). I'm not sure how to duplicate this bug.

private props do not persist across restarts and have to be replaced each time

Batkin flight just, doesn't work right sometimes. It will drain your energy as if you're running while still showing you in the flying animation. The only way to fix it currently is to disable and reenable your flight. As the old method of fixing a stuck animation by pressing guard just, doesnt seem to fix this particular bug.

It's not the animation thats stuck being the problem. The animation plays as normal, but drains your run energy while you're moving.

i never experinces this problem. make sure that you were not running prior to flying and you will never lose energy.

hit the R key to toggle between running + walking until you are visibly walking mid-air back and forth and then hit block or dash to refix your animation
age old two second fix to ensure your energy isn't being drained
