All your life you've known your mother to be an ambitious workaholic always working on one project or another for either Novus or a member of your family. Your time with your mother would often be spent in the workshop or around the shoreside settlement of Novus either fishing and sitting by the local lake or holled up at your home listening to stories from the past. Protective, and perhaps a bit overbearing at times, your mother has always wanted to learn from history to ensure past mistakes are not repeated.

Growing up, you were her pride and joy. Above any project for the city or any personal accomplishment, it was you who she saw as her best 'creation' yet. All your life your mother has tried to enstill a sense of curiosity in the world and open-mindedness for what you don't know nor understand. Any creative pursuits have been encouraged and she has always tried to ensure that you have what you need to succeed.

Despite her adoration of you, she is a bit scatter brained running from project to project and can be difficult to catch up with, but if you ever asked her to stop and spend time with you or teach you something, she would drop her projects to ensure that you have what you need whether it is a lesson, an item, or her love and attention.

All your life you've known your father to be diligent and pragmatic working on projects alongside your mother or his own personal pursuits. Your time with your father would often be spent within the city square talking about life or within the workshop where he would happily teach you to craft or spar. A very serious appearing man at face value, he has a heart of gold  for his family; fiercely protective and loving.

Growing up you meant the world to your father, always guided along your path but not instructed. While he was always an attentive eye, he left enough space for you to learn to become your own person and make your own decisions about the world. If you were in danger, however, he would step in to help correct your actions to keep you safe within the dangerous country of Esshar.

Rational a bit more conscientious than your mother, he has always been the rock of the family providing support and advice where needed. More often at Novus than your mother, he is readily available to answer any question or provide any support that you might need in your upbringing.
