Within the desert's northern region, within the neutral town known as The Final Frontier, A building was being constructed, cold boxes and machines within working to keep the building cold in the hot environment, hundreds of boxes filled with books being brought inside and stored away by librarians, watching it all was sleepy, raven-haired woman watched with half-lidded eyes, taking careful note of every tome and book being brought in.
