Sunny paces through the hallways of the warden barracks, worried that the newest generation of wardens is ill equipped to handle the on coming threat that plagues all of Meranthe. But then- seeing a cowboy hat left on a stool gives her an idea! She runs out of the barracks and breaks into (Well she does have a key) to Barca's home where she finds a Mandrake Speech potion! She quickly covers her tracks and returns to the barracks and shouts up from the common space.

Did Sunny believe they could come back alive? Maybe.. Did she have permission to kidnap the kids? Absolutely not! But she was sure she could sweet talk a certain Emperor about it later~
