The denizens of the dead, heroes and villains and civilians lost to the sands of time live their past and begin a new. The Sparkling river, a unique convergence point not tied to a solid location, but a living, liquid one. Where the fauna and plants are altered into new fantastical forms, in between the physical and spiritual.
