A hand written letter in rather large print has been scattered about Meranthe. It was an opportunity for any established, or aspiring artificer to make a name for themselves. Listing resources, infrastructure, and a chance to garner reputation.

 
All in exchange for commissions and coin, seemed like a win, win for anyone interested. The letters were pinned to every noticeboard that was within the reptilian’s reach. This was rather limited given its nature, but still a sufficient enough reach to find the many who might glean interest.

From there, the masses and their mutterings would do the rest. Word spread, and it spread quickly; a crocodilian was looking for skilled labor in hopes of propagating a new enterprise.

And it seemed these hopefuls had a nation to sponsor them in kind.
