Some time has it been since the Sanctuary last buzzed with such activity. Laborers begin their work and toil. Masons set their chisels to stones, creating several great pillars. Sorcerers of all ranks begin preparations, guided by the city's founder, the Sage of Liberation. The work of years comes to a culmination.
A rite is announced. A great, public rite, a working of the esoteric Wolfshead Order of the city, an order founded with the city's inception.
While it's uncertain how it's going to occur, the whispers all seem to agree:
A miraculous healing to take place.
"Let old scars be mended."
"Let old wounds be forgotten."
"Let us call now upon the great Sea beyond."
