Every source I've interacted with has told me that Goblins are currently an unavailable race. Even by RBing.
Why the goblin hate.
Did you get sticky fingered for 60k? 140k? I've done that to someone before.
And I did it as an Undead, not a goblin.
Quit being cowards. Bring back goblins as a public or RB spawn for the wilderness.
I have the right to be green.

Most of the time I have some friends who come back to play goblins and they get the OK every time, so I don't see why they aren't a general race now as well
It's just right now you'd need to ticket to ask to play them from what they've told me but who knows

Good to know. Though I'd still prefer it was just a public race at this point.
