Steel recipe adjustment - Salmon - 11-25-2019 While the change to make Steel a recipe instead of an ore was a good one in my eyes, the fact that it takes 4 iron and 100 energy to make one steel bar is a tad much. That is 700 energy and 24 iron for a single steel sword or chestplate. Reducing the material/energy cost would be a good move, I feel. RE: Steel recipe adjustment - Chance - 11-25-2019 Agreed, will adjust the recipe. It now costs 50 energy, 3 iron, and gives 200 EXP. I've also fixed the bug where it asks you to assign a sprite. RE: Steel recipe adjustment - Magishadow - 11-26-2019 I like this change; I just regret that I already spent all my iron making steel. RE: Steel recipe adjustment - Salmon - 11-26-2019 200 EXP might be a bit excessive truth be told. I won't complain, but that's more EXP than the sword itself. Since this is a component you'll likely craft lots of anyhow I think it shouldn't give much EXP at all, and I know that's shooting myself in the foot |
