I cant be the only one to remember that frost breath spell that was a cone attack that rooted you in place that got added to the ice tree before the ts. A vague memory but please, please put it back. I miss frost breath...

I don't think it would be bad as an intermediate, if it was a low damage utility spell. Maybe it can even replace that shitty cone of frost spell. Lame thrower rip off.
