With the agitation of the Mighty Nanzo the monsters of the Mire have begun to gather within upon the edges of the Dreadwoods. It is clear that they will not give up their attempts to dominate the southeastern jungles anytime soon nor will they continue to passively react to outsiders.

They seek to infest the occultic woods, claiming its ancient power for themselves. There can be little doubt if those woodlands are secured they will also have the main castle of Asphodel surrounded on both sides. Contesting the Crimson Courts control of the Peninsula and threatening their castle from the north and south.
