Before Frekr was executed in Asphodel, he told the prison guards to pass on one message for him- that he'd buried all of his life savings somewhere in a dangerous, dark part of Esshar. Many esteemed treasure hunters have met their demise trying to find the loot. Finally, Vekel decided that the people of Aesirheim will retrieve what rightfully belongs to them. These funds will consequently be used to fund future expeditions and voyages to lands far and wide.

Using a secret map that Frekr had hidden in one of the chests at the outpost, the Vanirhallans sent multiple scouting parties to aforementioned pinpoints to gauge the dangers that lied ahead.

They all speak of the same things...

Monsters, ghosts and spirits guarding the insane sum of coin. This treasure hunt is not going to be easy. The dark creatures have taken a liking to it. Will the people of Aesirheim be able to secure these riches for their development? Or will they return empty-handed and wounded? With Vekel at the helm of the expedition, failure is not an option.
