This is a hot take, at this trying time in our lives...

But explosion is kind of meh.
This is coming from someone that is NOT playing an active explosion character, by the way!

Bang?
6 spell damage, 25 second cooldown. It slows, but the duration of the slow is so minimal... The range is 12 so it's okayish? It's an opener!

Inferno?

Moving on.....

Impact Canon? It's poggers! Not bad. 10/10 cute spell!

Pyroclasm got hit with that nerf bat, but it was probably deserved. It's intermediate, still a good skill.

But now we move onto the meat and potatoes of the tree. The mastery spell!

In the following gif, I experimented with
1) Bang,
2) Cinderflare
3) Impact Canon

Cinderflare only triggers additional damage if the opponent runs back to the tile they were knocked back from. What kind of backwards thing is this? Make it confuse for 2 seconds, or add just a sliver bit more damage, or lower it's CD to 30 seconds. Something. It's SUCH a cool looking spell and I simply want to see it used more.


Take aways:
1) Make Bang's slow duration last a WEE bit longer. Maybe by 1-2 seconds?
2) FIX INFERNO
3) Impact Canon is fine
4) Pyroclasm is fine
5) Look above for Cinderflare suggestions.

Even I, with my growing hatred of explosion, cannot deny the truth... Yeah it's pretty shit.

I suggested that one holyfire spell be added to it, shot out like 3 fireballs, made little aoes. Could add a little 1 tile knock back so it’s a baby lion fire barrage? Could just add it as is.

Inferno is just a mini scorch, no suggestions on it though.

Evicerate smacks Cinderflare in every category, buff please. Maybe two hits? 6.5-7 damage each? Idk

why would i use inferno when i can use star rain and deal twice the damage "///// (plus a slow)
