Anyway, I like the idea of it, and once the tiers are fleshed out a bit more and spells are adjusted, I think its a good alternative to the effort of applying for /everything/. (Mythics keeping apps is a good idea).

Though I admit I still have some conflicted thoughts on it, as I always preferred sigs to be rarer, not something everybody and their mother has. But that's just me.
