From the Sandy Dunes of Serenity, the Sarim of the Wisdom of the Sisters observes something particularly interesting. Her immediate reaction? 

"Oh so he's moving up in 'life'? I can't have that."

Now, for her own aims and ambitions, she dispatches missives through the usage of non-magi couriers, publicly spreading the word of what she knows of the Grand Guigol. It would appear, she was intentionally trying to dissuade members of the public from attending this event. An act of sabotage, to hit Morrigan where it hurts most. In his audience.

"This is the problem with humanity."
"Look, I don't know who needs to hear this, but my parents raised me with like, common sense right?"
"The Grand Guigol are actors, playwrights. They manipulate, and play things up for show."
"Morrigan himself would tell you anything you would like to know, if it meant it'd make him more famous and get him a bigger audience."

"Now think for a second, if the coven of actors invites you to a theatre to get your freak on."
"To watch their stupid ass theatre. Don't you think, that may benefit their patron?"
"Because it does. That's how the Grand Guigol works. If any, and I mean any reasonable citizen is in attendence of this event."

"If I catch you, I might just beat the shit out of you. Because you are very clearly allowing yourself to be part of a witch oriented ritual."
"You know, like festivals and shit when you have the incense? This that, but witch based."
"And before I get any rumors and accusations about being a hater, I AM A HATER!"

A very emotionally charged response, perhaps the emotions between the Sarim, and this particular witch ran very deep?
