Fires light the snow, dotted and spread out to the distance of the southern bridge. The hill at the top is lit ablaze with a pyre, lighting up the temple below reflecting upon the northern seas. Erected around The Temple of Man are spires of stone and crystal, summoned to make the terrain more difficult for those who aim to destroy.

But the windows of the temple itself remain dark, the gates closed and the halls now empty.

Before the lavapit, to a handful of civilians of mixed origin, a felinae warrior, known as a Hero of Meranthe stands, head held high, and with a voice that carried easily over the frozen lands. The legendary blade Calesvol before her, point aimed downwards as she addressed them with a serious tone.

People of Meranthe.

I am Kosta Garijn. Hero of Meranthe, the Last Warrior, and Leader of Enos.

I address not only those here by the Temple of Man, but all of humanity upon Meranthe. See the Truth of this march, for this march is more than just a crusade. It’s a march led by lies told from at best, a blind admiral and biased historian. At worst a malicious pawn in the Seneschal’s and the Lumin King’s hire.

The attack is a response to Enos' involvement in the raid of Nereides led by Gwenevere.
A fair response, if the counter was because of the territorial dispute. If it was an offensive attempt to protect the one who calls themselves ‘copy of Azrael’- The fallen angel and maker of Necromancy, the lich known as Sareen, and as the Seneschal- For those were the reasons that Enos marched.
Not to slay the Duchess or harm the people of Nereides. But cut out the growing tumor that festers within your lands.

Instead Delphina’s march is led by claims of grief for their beloved and ‘late Duchess of Peace’ Lady Melionette Meandersong of Leucothea who is alive and RETURNED. The war statement is woven to spew hatred against Giant-kind and to paint our Gods Enarr and Ualdir in the worst way possible, to stir emotion over stating fact.

The past is a fickle thing, as it decays over time in the minds of the people. History doesn't forget, but The Admiral seems to have forgotten the great deeds of the followers of our faith and remembers only the good of theirs:

• Martzel, a divine son of Ualdir was instrumental in the destruction of the necromancer Ozmandius Tal and his seven phylacteries. The first grand necromancer of meranthe.
  
• Eivor, Ualdir’s chosen, led the grand crusade against the reign of the Skarnfel empire, ending it by sacrifice of his own life.
  
• If it wasn’t for Enarr taking leadership as the first to rise after Ymir’s death, Humanity would have still suffered in the divine storms that separated them. He united us all and delegated the Pantheon Gods, which allowed humanity to flourish with  the faiths we follow today.
  

But even so; we, nor our Gods are not without fault, and those of Delphina seem to have forgotten their and their Gods faults; the cruelties of their own.

I remember the raid by the Seneschal, together with Vinaska and Gray: as they entered Enos while I was dying as a child. How my sister told me they came for Acantho’s body, not for the justice of his past and forgotten crimes that they claim. No, it was an egoistic pursuit..

I still see the skin on my once friend Rubie, worn by the lich as a new outfit to hide their decay, and somehow the people of Delphina do not flinch or blink an eye at the perverse abuse of the sanctity of their deserved yet untimely death. Deserved for Delphina failed to help the girl on their own, after twice putting her into the custody and trust of Arcadia to be cleansed,  and healed from their Fel influences that pushed her towards witchery.

Do you not question how your grand nation is allowing such horrors to play out? How they failed the youth that turned to darker forces and instead of giving her mercy in a death she did deserve, they used her selfishly, to get a new shell for their fraying form?

Do you not question why the actions of your Admiral, King and ‘Seneschal’ do not align with the preaching's of Nemea herself? Benevolent Goddess of the forest, the seasons, the Hunt and Grief would not tolerate what is acted upon in her name within her domain.

So in defence of the Temple of Man, of the faith of Enarr- the God of Wisdom and the Seas and Ualdir- the God of the Forge and War, I ask you to open your eyes.
See the truth behind this act of hypocrisy:

Domination over the divine.

The Seneschal's Ultimate goal as unveiled is to  replace the Gods. It starts here, with mine, while yours  is silenced and suppressed until their time is due.  Nemea is used as a façade to hide behind their reason for justice when they allow monsters and necromancers in their midst. Next is Leucothea, spitting in the face of the Goddess of peace with a war to avenge the chosen of her name though she still breathes. Verdion, Gala, Chireus, Caius… Who’s next?

If  you see the truth in my words, turn your blades towards the Seneschal, and the army which seeks to destroy US ALL.

If not? Face me,  blindly led like the mindless drones you will become when the necromancer claims your  bodies and souls as toys of their own unholy army, or costumes to wear.
