RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - BrahmsFrost - 04-19-2020 @Vi I played purely Water/Ice as Khaine. Ice is ridiculously strong. First off Frostbite /stacks/. Starting off with Absolute Zero E I would literally stun-frost. Then stun was reduced, I came back as Darrel Snow at 180 bursting down 220 with the same water/ice adding only Glacier. Ice is strong and needs no true changes. Not to mention Winter Crown makes frostbite stack more. Seriously this tree is fine. RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - Food - 04-20-2020 Spell: Thief Stance Suggestion: It's just too good for something accessible to all. Even with a high cd, I still think it's too good. A free immunity that's the same as a 10 rpp one in a hidden tree. I'd recommend a cleanse + Speed boost. Garuda has the advantage of better stats and melee range so it wouldn't be too overshadowed. RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - Megasnail - 04-22-2020 Spell : Iron Fist + Other Unarmed Stances Suggestion : With weapons, quite literally having 0 weight bar the Nyeshk Greatsword. I think it's only fair that these stances get boosts to their % bonus of RPL. Thinking 30% for Iron Fist and 40% for the hidden variants. That way Iron Fist at 200 RPL is 60power(A few off of a Mythril Sword) and the hiddens are 80 power(Close to a Nyeshk Greatsword). Feel that this is a much needed boost, considering the fuck about that is weightless weapons. Let alone the flat bonuses everyone is getting from their stances now too, kinda devalues these a little. But the tree is so disgustingly overturned anyways, just use wind aura. LOL you know how many wins that E pull gives? And it's probably 60 because it's a pretty hard pull. And 'disgustingly' overtuned? Cascade requires setup. Anyone competent is never getting hit by this if you don't setup or time it. Sound Burst range is short even if the hit is nice. 5s slow Sound Strike range is pretty much every slow and its weaker than burst 4s slow Melody 10% AP E Hard Pull/ 10% DR 5s duration 60cd Cacophony AoE that used to be a toggle but now lasts some time. When hit by it, it scrambles you with a light confuse and deals light damage. Melody Repose given how it heals and does only one hit and doesn't apply -10 ap as it says, it's just a heal where you can easily get bursted down. Nothing stops them from going in and kicking your ass. Except for sound burst they all have considerable CD as well. Does it get nasty adding Illusion or Air or Gravity, well great it does because it's not really 'overtuned'. Also Jumpy, whose the strongest of us bards, is not human.
RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - Detective100 - 04-23-2020 Speaking of Cascade, unlike perhaps other beams or javelins? The drag doesn't keep them stuck through it if you land it right after a stun, which means they can avoid most of the damage after a successful hit. Also, I keep noticing people aither dashing out cascade, or not getting properly pushed with it because they were dashing to the side. Cascade doesn't stop the dash, which means getting hit while side-dashing doesn't stop your movement, letting you get out mostly unharmed. Also, I don't think Cacpohone inflicts confuse. Don't recall anyone calling out of being confused when I used it against them (Though, I generally combine it with Sound's E, so it might be harder to spot by some?) RE: Spell Balance Suggestions - Rod - 04-23-2020 Sound is overtuned, in terms of being the most anti melee tree in the game. All the while, you still can't tell me a 'anti mage' tree. The aura is also ****ing phenomenal. Value wise, it gives more stats probably than any other basic tree if I had to guess. Anyways, I don't really give a **** about majority of the tree I know its not getting nerfed, I just want to use the pull more than once in a fight. |
