Paying 20 rpp for an intermediate and then be expected to dev for an intermediate hidden and go "pay your tax" seems a little ?

Buff sear to 3.5 damage like damn.

Pay taxes? Waiting for the punchline of the joke cause I still have yet to laugh.

Serious Suggestion note: Every time I compare Sear and Meteor most say they are the same spell so, seeing them with different stats is kind of questionable. I just think that if the damage is lowered to 3 then so should the cost or put it back to 3.5 like meteor. The other stats on it rarely matter. LFB is a hidden intermediate not a "buff" as one may call it. Some people might not even go for it because they'd rather have a spell with a charge. It's just how it be.

Let's say I have wind flurry.

Does it deserve the same stats if it is put in Holy?

In Sand?

In Illusion?

The same spell can have different statlines based around the trees they are in due to the different synergies they can evoke.

So fire aura is only 25 md.  (no need to tell me there's a trail, idc, it's stupid)

So I could enumerate all the auras that are 2 times better than this joke, but I will just stick with the elemental trees to make this short.

Wind aura is 25 md & 15 agi/crit + tornado that deals 1k a tick when you block

Water aura is 20 md & 10 vit & passive heal

Earth aura is 12%DR (< this is strong)

Fire aura is one of the the worst aura of the game, alongside ice aura, which is 20 power.

Please have mercy, I don't comprehend how some spells are like that when stuff like:

  and crystal aura exits.

I'm not a fan of nerfing other people's builds because (x) spell is bad.

I didn't say that all auras sucked, I mentionned two of them. I think it'd be be much easier and healthier to buff these two, instead of nerfing auras and overall make people who use the trees real salty about it.

My two cents.

edit: also, nerfing auras to adjust to fire & ice would require much more work..
