A century ago, Emei's Pass, Jianghu. The War of a Million raged between Sheng and the forces who sought to tear the nation asunder - Demons, spirits, corrupt officials and the army of Azrael marched upon Sheng. Had it not been for the Divine Dragon Shenglong and their intervention, Sheng would have fallen. Today, the location remains a hallowed place where many had sacrificed their lives to protect their home.

That was the story that he heard from his Grandfather, the offer extended to travel across the seas to this place of loss and strife based on mythology and folklore. He was told of an ancient scroll his Grandmother held What basis does it have in true history - How many spirits linger in this mass grave?

He goes to seek knowledge of the heritage of his adoptive family, to learn of them and to learn from the Divine Dragon of his own blood - Whether it be a trial by Dragonbreath or one of the soul, Eadwulf seeks the blessing and guidance of Shenglong.

He brings both his family and those who share a connection to Sheng.
