In the 23rd prefecture of Xuantong's capital city, various criminal syndicates fight for every street they can claim. These battles have left the fragile ecosystem of Xuantong's criminal underground in disarray as various groups wage bloody open conflict for every bit of land they can acquire.

Yi Hu was raised in such an environment, and the advent of his understanding of Wayfinding presents an opportunity to claim a bit of that territory for the Soma Syndicate. Equally as a means of securing trade with the East, and equally to settle a few grudges that were left when he departed Sheng for Meranthe.

Under the banner of the Riviera, Yi Hu travels to an old haunt and intends on settling a conflict the only way he knows how.
