Following a trail of newspapers and tavern rumours, you'll soon find that your father has moved onto greener pastures. 

A lot of people still regard him a scumbag, but hardly for any of the reasons your mother mentioned. 

Your father's garnered a reputation for his poignant public speeches; a large share of those made while disrupting festivals, galas and... Funerals.

Cedric Veythar is a Revolutionnaire, a Philanthrope, a Sorcerer, and an Alchemist of world-wide renown.
 And you are... His son!

- Aged 14-20. 

- You're unlikely to be carrying his last name, but you will be pressured to pick it up once you meet him. 

- You've inherited your father's brilliance, and with that, most of the traits your mother despises him for.

- You feel a strong pull towards the Metaphysical.

But... Why'd you care?

- Boosters, artifacts, the whole dev-help shabang.

- Guaranteed access to Sorcery under the Wolfshead Seal. The Sanctuary's sorcerers are known to be an esoteric, highly secretive bunch.
To some pursuing the art, being born into the Wolfshead Order is a privilege.

- Good standing within the Sanctuary, an unique and active nation.

- Extended family(???) in several of Meranthe's noble circles.

- Money. Likely the first thing you'll ask of Cedric, in fact.

I'm looking strictly for a main character.
Somebody willing to pursue Sorcery, and perhaps Alchemy, beyond what the current mechanics offer - the former's a requirement, the latter an option.
