Which event: Wheeled menace
Character: Elisha Arabal

Edetha responded very quickly to everything generally, having their posts generally pre-written and handy for the fun little dungeon crawl we ran through, the dcs on the skill checks seemed a little high though the mechanic of what we were going through was that things got harder over-time though the easiest check during the event was if i recall a fortune seven to reduce the difficulty of a fortune 9, we were however very dice-blessed or the penalty/injuries could have perhaps stacked up on us from those. The actual tone of the story was a fun mixture of comedic and silly and fun and action-filled that saw us having to dance around a room while they played two different ECs with movement patterns and bullet-hell movesets and simply survive for a set amount of time, which culminated in the turrets shooting one-another and blowing one of them up for us to loot and the others starting to power-down, in character it was stated that they were popping out of pretty-much everything and it was a rather funny thought. To a more serious encounter once things started to floor more where we went toe to toe with an actual tank EC with two phases that brought THE TURRETS in for round two. A lot of the rewards were very very nifty little things from reforming metals to even a plant-sample for my very druid-coded lady in a diegetic way that I much appreciated!

Responsiveness: 10/10. They were very fast with everything had a lot of things pre-written and were waiting on us most of the time
Balance: 7/10. I think we were a little over-leveled but this would have been wonderfully balanced otherwise, something of a pain for doing events for low level pcs is just how fast people can level up, gomenasai
Storytelling: 10/10.  The ruins were wonderfully characterized, i loved the html wizardry and there was a lot of personality in even small things in the facility, you very much always have been good at writing quirky bits of technology and it shows through here

Overall: 9/10 i would love to be a player in another event ran by them some other time <3

Which Event: Finding what was lost both long ago and recently.

Good event overall! Having to use a treasure detector & shovel in combat is a very unique challenge that I appreciated. The attention to detail needed to make the suits was also pretty cool. I do feel that it went a bit long (6 hours, 7 if we count delays and stuff from its original start time). This could've been helped by either shortening the RP/narrates between fights or by reducing the amount of total fights from 6 to 4 or 5, especially when the first 2-3 were pretty much free.

Also, the reward items are incredibly creative! Lots of fun effects beyond 'thing that makes stat number go up,' even if they're not the most practical.

Responsiveness: Good responsiveness overall; pre-typing helped a lot.
Balance: A bit too easy at the beginning, though the difficulty ramped up to a reasonable amount a few fights in.
Storytelling: Good storytelling, I did like how the lore was told through rhyming ABAB songs. Touched on a pretty uncomon
Fairness: Pretty reasonable for an LCOD event overall.

Overall: Good event, no serious complaints, glad I came.

Character : The Miner

Which Event: Finding what was lost both long ago and recently.

I personally found this event really engaging even if it was a little easy on the participants. I really liked the Mario-Party style minigame where multiple enemies were present to provide a consistent threat while a non-combat objective was being completed, I would love to see this format of 'fight' be present in other events.

I did enjoy the multi-stage fights and pick your own adventure style of engaging with the EC Spawner. It made silly moments like attempting what we assumed was the 'final' boss earlier than intended was really tense and exciting.

The atmosphere of the event lead to really interesting roleplaying experiences with limited communication between our characters which also lead to me actually needing to use my brain to figure out how we should communicate.

The only dislike I have is when an event holds less rewards than the amount of players present. It can lead to situations that feel relatively bad for the player who is 'left out' in most situations or just creates an awkward dynamic of tension.

That being said the fights themselves felt surprisingly well tuned despite the potential gap in party power.

Also I commend you guys for running an event that playing an Armed PC in doesn't feel like trash, I felt actually useful to my team!

Responsiveness: I don't think we ever waited too long for posts from either DM
Balance: The start was a little silly easy, but I also think it's hard to balance multi-EC fights. The more you tinkered with them the better they got.
Storytelling: I really loved the switch up to allowing someone else to come into the fight after they got their shit kicked in for asking the EC to 1v1. It gave my character a moment that felt really heroic that I'm very likely to call back to for important moments in their life.
Fairness: Nothing felt like it was unfair, and if it was 'unfair' it didn't do enough damage to one hit someone or gib them in a really cheap way. I personally really like events where if you go down it usually feels somewhat earned or like you made a mistake play wise.

Which Event: Finding what was lost both long ago and recently.

I honestly liked the event. I wasn't really involved in most of the prep for it (IC), but I could tell that a lot of care was put into it, both in regards to how well the DM was willing to help us out based on how we prepped for things, the fact that it involved a good bit of prep at all, and the fact that so much needed to be put into it thought-wise.

I also liked the rewards, they were very special and unique- as well as exceptionally lore intensive (gotta love it!). I couldn't find any personal usages for them, but that doesn't mean I didn't find them any less intriguing or cool.

Did drag on for a little while, mostly because of the seven or eight fights that ended up happening (even if they were short). I concur with other people that it would have been better if there were less, I was starting to run out of steam by the end.

Responsiveness: The DM was really responsive! Never had to wait much time at all, and between the prep and also our actions during the event, I feel they were willing to react to what we were scheming, and I really appreciate that!
Balance: Waaaaayyyy too easy in the beginning, though the difficulty definitely ramped up by the end. I don't know what the injury table was (and i kind of prefer it that way), but I feel like we all got off way easier than we probably should have.
Storytelling: Very nice and impressive! Even when I was running out of steam to RP I was still engaged with what was being given to us- it was just a bit for me personally to react.
Fairness: A little bit too much death in my LCOD event.

Okay I gave you a review can you please let my family go-

Which Event: Finding what was lost both long ago and recently. (LCoD)

Responsiveness 100000/10 Even before events this guy was so responsive and attentive to detail. It was challenging in the best way, and he really put his heart into making this a realistic event.
Balance: 9/10 The 1v1 was very fair but I realize your demon guy was probably scared of my character so obviously a 2nd person had to join me and hold their captain back like the pitbull she is. (I thought I was going to die.) The fights were pretty easy and injuries didn't feel very severe however. Yes my organs were liquified but seems more like a perm thing. #BendsSuck tho
Storytelling: 100000/10 (non)local demon gets unintentionally seduced and tries to turn captain into a sleigh. Jokes aside, this was a great insight to older lore and something I will definitely be integrating into my story moving forward. The songs were very well written as well, in way of form and information.
Fairness  10/10 Some might say it was TOO fair!!

Overall: 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000/10 I was terrified of a LCoD and definitely overprepped but I wouldn't have changed a thing about it! It was a very user-friendly event.Thank you again! <3<3<3

Which Event: Finding what was lost both long ago and recently.

Responsiveness 10/10 before the event had started they were very responsive to any questions we had and worked with us on things we had icly to use in the event. I was not very active with the prep or involved in it. But I was able to look at what was happening and saw the fruit of all the work and it was cool to see it all being taken in and used.

Balance 10/10 I didn't see any issue with the fights and had a fun time in them. My only complaint would be mass aoes but that is a general thing more than a event issue. The injuries also felt neat and flavored very well with the event and our characters.

Storytelling 10/10 I had a very fun time and enjoyed the lore I was able to read. Sadly my brain was already half dead by the time we were getting into the meat of the event where all the lore was being spread. But I was able to read a good chunk of it and enjoyed it a lot. The songs were neat and I liked how they were the main story pusher and how each one presented a new fight and challenge.

Overall: 10/10 Just a overall fun time and really cool plot with some cool lore involved. Loved the beginning where we were running around dodging attacks and looking to dig things up. Felt different and new than most other events. A cool intro to fights and the lore that would come soon after it not to mention the items given were really unique and cool in what they did.
