Much like his mother, Reynard had a knack for glimpsing things that should not be seen.
Predictions and prophecy laid out before Meranthe by Zelfina, but now it was upon Reynard to carry the torch.
High in the Oracle's tower, deep in the night was he whisked away.  
An ethereal world spread out before in a bizzare landscape as he slumbered.

Something great and horrible was out there in the world
Dark, deep, hidden away
But through divine eyes was the future to be recalled
Divine lips would deliver the prophecy of the impending terror
The Deep One was coming.
