Describe the issue: Chronos Aura does not provide invulnerability against Deflecting Palm/Occult Shield. (True Counter does NOT go through??? For some reason.)

How to reproduce: Press any button and watch as you still succumb to the reckoning of these damned reflect chads. I've killed myself to Dpalm more than I like to admit.

Describe the issue:
'Party Healer' from the medic tree does not appear to affect Recover.

How to reproduce:
Get the Party Healer passive. Cast Recover. 

I have Enhanced Manaflow and thus heal 10% more on myself, but my party member heals for the base amount when they should be boosted for 25% like other heals. They're supposed to heal for more than me, not less.

This also affects 'Mend' from holy, which is a bit worse since since as a larger heal it's more relied on in events!

Describe the issue: When you switch between space teleport to no space teleport or vice versa while pressing arrow buttons for movement, it is possible to find yourself not going in the direction you pressed for as long as you hold the arrow key. The only way to start moving again in that direction is by raising your finger off the key and then press again.

How to reproduce: Go right or left. When you press ctrl+spacebar, also press arrow key up right while trying time the key press to be near instanteous to the ctrl+spacebar. You'll find yourself unable to move up despite holding the up arrow key. Only by releasing and pressing the up arrow key again, you'll be able to keep moving.
(You might need to repeat this a couple of times. Sensitive timing)

Describe the issue: So, I bought the stall construction and placed it + a stall within said area. For a few days it's been fine, but now it seems every time I relog or the server reboots or crashes, the ownership of said stall gets returned to 'null'.

How to reproduce: Purchase Stall in Construction/Decoration, then a shopkeep and wait for reboot or crash or relog.

Describe the issue: Black Mirage currently doesn't prevent being spiral bombed, I am unsure if this is the same for other dash-drag equivalents.

How to reproduce: Go into an RPB, pop black mirage and smirk devilishly as shenanigans are sure to follow - only to be obliterated by the one true protagonist; Naruto Uzumaki, RASENGAN - and then proceed to eat the initial tick and get dragged back for all additional ticks.

Describe the issue: Yggdrasil stills heals for the same amount it did pre-buff, which is 2.5SD. Patchnotes say it should heal for four.

How to reproduce: Preview Yggy, look at your power, look at the amount it heals you for. It's 2.5 times, not including %AP.
