They may be an existing character (under RPL 210) or a new character, with a maximum of three characters given this bonus within a timespan of 10 IC years.

Grants a character the following bonuses, 

- 7000 EXP (existing character)
OR
- 190 RPL (new character)

& they may choose one of the following classes:
- Faith
- Sorcery
- Medic

& are given, 
- A soulbound unique weapon (Arcanium tier with the Soulbound Item Modifier).
At RPL 215, they may ticket to have +2 elepow of any main tree (air, water, earth, ether, etc) applied to the weapon.
