Atop the snowy mountain peaks the sound of a familiar gong sounds and word begins to spread of the first Shenlian Showdown.

"Inspired by Showdowns of the past, the Cultivators of the Xuefeng sect invite warriors from the land to gather and test their mettle.

An opportunity to establish ones self as the strongest, to settle feuds or simply to fight.

Contestants will not fight just for their pride. There will be an opportunity to earn rare prizes alongside entertainment.

Participants shall be divided fairly between the Báihǔ (白虎) division: the division for established warriors and the Dàfēng (大风)division for rising stars.

Rules:

Fights will be five rounds.

.

Fighters pay 1000 (or more if agreed) into a pot, with the winner taking the pot. 

.

Excluding the pot, winning a fight earns 1000 coins. An additional 500 coins are earned for flawless victories. Losing earns 250 coins.

.

Fighters will only battle individuals in their division.

.

A Showdown shall have a max of six battles unless special circumstances call for otherwise.

A random fight from the lot shall be picked to battle for a special prize.
