Quest Name: The Spark Stealer
Description:

A humble estate located close to the faction of Xuefeng has found its place broken into and robbed by a particular band of thieves that were swift and capable as mages. Through a sample of magic that was left, it was clear that these people used magic related to lightning and wind, for the report says that it was like a rummaging storm that ran through the house. After the dust cleared, a particular 'scale', highly coveted by the family, was stolen with certain tales proclaiming to belong to the divine beast of storms, but these were rumors without much weight to them.

The only thing they promise is that whoever is able to return the scale will be given a great reward of coins, but perhaps there is more to it?
