BUG: Blink is meant to be gcde, but isn't
I've been confused by the move for a while as, unlike the rest of my gcde moves, it often takes a while for me to be able to use it, especially after an attack. I've tested it and can see that:
It doesn't have gcde when used after another spell
The placement is not gcde
The teleport is not gcde
The teleport is only gcde when used directly after the placement
