The thoughts of Londo's citizens  being worried and would be ruffled up made the queen laugh. They were not prepared for another three years to  have to deal with the demonic issue but here they are. That would not bother Londo as music and painting were seen and heard coming out of Londo as soldiers prepared their weapons and gear for the march.
