Describe the issue: previewing a spell before the server goes down permanently locks it and makes you unable to buy it after it's back up despite not having it, mod attempts to fix it by buying it afterwards instead made it take up a bar slot but trigger other spells while being unable to remove, move, or otherwise change on the bar. the poor game completely shit itself and has no idea what the hell to do. shutdowns should probably cancel and prevent preview spells to prevent this

(no it's not my fault, i was testing spells and then someone rebooted the server with only 30 seconds advance notice, previewed spells last for more than that)
