75% RBs make you miss bi-daily stats, low-level chars get them all really quickly but if you chug a 75% rb potion and rebirth at a decently high level where you're not speedrunning your checks anymore, you just don't. you're cursed to miss stats for like an ooc month (or two???) while they slowly trickle in
this looks like a weird old legacy system that we can probably just cut out and bake these strange mystery bi-daily stat points into the levels themselves.
im still getting them at 214 and going into high-risk skirmishes down a bunch of stat points isn't epic poggers
