Describe the issue: The next cast of Melodic Repose won't deal damage if someone has already been affected by Melodic Repose (Until like 20 seconds later)

How to reproduce:
Step 1: Turn on Symphony Aura
Step 2: Use Melodic Repose
Step 3: Use Symphony Aura Active to get it off CD
Step 4: Use Melodic Repose while they're in Melodic Repose
Step 5: Watch as it does no damage nor inflict Confuse again

Describe the issue: Symphony Aura Active doesn't have a CD tracker on the top right of the screen like gems and other auras do.


How to reproduce:
Step 1: Use Symphony Aura Active
Step 2: Look top right of your screen
