Describe the issue: Ultra quality crops don't seem to work ?

How to reproduce:
I have cooking level 115 by the way.

I made a blood wine with 4 ultra grapes and the best I could have is 4 power.
I made a blood wine with 4 high quality grapes, and I got 8 power

I know the stats are rolled randomly but if ultra quality gives +2 power, shouldn't the minimum give at least 8 power for ultra bloodwine ?

Also on a note ! Could ultra quality crops have another color than high quality? Perhaps red, orange or even yellow ?

Another example : Meteor rum. A recipe that takes 8 crops than can be high quality.

There is an issue with ultra quality crops, they give the same stats as normal crops.
