Dash Strike doesn't give the 20% DR when using it.
How to replicate:
Use Dash Strike, cry when it doesn't give 20% DR.

Earthen Wall Fortress can bleed.
Replicate:
Have your enemy put up Earth Wall.
Use Severance on it.
Watch as bonds of blood gives you multiple heal ticks.
