It is no surprise that after the fall of Final Frontier, the activities of the Institute and its creator have diminished. But in recent times they have been increasing, and a workshop was forged within Arcadia, one which is merely an 'embassy' of the Institute.

 
However, one that should be used now for something more.

For such a reason, drones began to spread throughout Meranthe, among the cities where their presence was allowed, to inform those interested of a message:

Know that I will be conducting a lesson soon enough. This will only be of help to those who know at least how to assemble the most basic of magitech devices. Those who are not artificers, never ever tried to make anything, or anything like that.
