With the steady influx of immigrants from the nomadic tribes of the Silent Expanse to Meranthe (particularly in the Serenity Kingdom region) - the need arose to establish a proper settlement.
It became necessary to organize communal life through a structured system of governance, complete with its own culture, principles, and laws.
Tents were the first to go up, marking the beginning of a permanent settlement. Teams were tasked with excavating the nearby mountain cliffs, extracting vital resources to support the village's buildings. Wood, leather, ore, and food were gathered and distributed as needed.
Through this collective effort, the people came to identify themselves as
Akh-Turahl, "the tongue of the dunes".
This small community governs itself through the shared voice and opinions of its people.
