Far, far into the Shadowlands there is a stirring. Construction, building. What was once a humble collection of tents, then a lone tower, begins to become something more as the seasons pass into harsh Winter.

But even here in the dark, there is reason to celebrate. To congregate. The people of this place that they have so dubbed 'Sanctuary' are not the kind for Gods or Devils.

But they are not the kind to turn down a celebration either, especially in the wake of such growth. Abundance is to be celebrated. A welcome extended.
