A new Keeper has taken residence within the Atrium.

One of Arcadia's up-and-coming protegees; a raven-haired Aerodyne with iridescent feathers bearing a sword similar to that of the Duchess.

Oft seen among the boughs of Solais and within the Druid communions across Meranthe, there has been little from the Atrium since her appointment.

Until now.

The Atrium of the White begins to buzz with activity, messengers and lesser clerics set to work on a task by her decree; missives flow from the Atrium to the various faithful sects across Meranthe.

A great fog rests over the fate of Meranthe.

Soothsayers speak of a time of ending; tarot cards of Death are more common.

The Void encroaches upon our world with each passing moment, stealing life and joy from the world.

Even I have not been able to escape this misfortune.

It is my duty - to bring Joy to the World, to spread Light, and see Harmony maintained.

It is my duty to interpret Her Will to see that objective accomplished.

For many days and many nights I have thought upon the future, but in my heart, I have had no doubt as to what She desires.

Our lives are radiant. Her love for us, equally as radiant. Our potential, even more so.

We must Defy The Night.

To this end, I organize the first Lightcalling to banish the Void from our world.

Just to the north of Old Martyr's Vigil lies an infestance that cannot be allowed to persist.

I welcome all those of Life, Joy, and Faith to stand beside me in this.

I have no doubt that there will be danger - for the Void is anything but complacent.

But we shall Defy the Night.
