Therein sprawled a psionic presence blanketing abroad -- to those psionically inclined? They could feel it, like a subtle static. To meditate on the sensation would induce drowsiness... To all others? It was seemingly noticeable... Until they'd go to sleep. Reports of strange dreams emerge amongst nonmagus populations; however, none of them seem to be quite consistent.
