It'd been over a year since the Realm of Delphina had been thwarted at the base of Mount Pavonis; their actions that night causing a stir within Meranthe. Friendships and allegiances were tested. Bonds were broken and new connections forged in the heat of battle...yet in the year that followed a familiar sense of tension settled between nations. The serene stillness of an undisturbed lake. The calm before the storm.

Two longstanding settlements that'd seen generations of heroes and villains come and go as the tide does...yet, the one in possession of the Wisdom of Nemea allowed fear to twist and corrupt their heart and drive them to extreme action. The Holy city roused at this call to action. Artificers could be seen working day in and day out in preparation for what was to come, hammering away over anvils and lining a variety of weapons with runic insignias. Squires and Knights were almost exclusively seen training or resting to maximize whatever advantage they were able to eek out while Captains and Strategists mapped out what information they knew about the realm, seemingly targeting one area in particular.
