The buzz is about once more for those with connections enough to hear and coin enough to reasonably reckon a stake. A year as auspicious in number as 2222 could not come to pass without a fair slew of rarities and curiosities to tantalize and terrify coming to auction and market.
For Auction:
Feather of Netzach (Starting Bid: 500,000c): A potent partition of power most primeval, emplaced in a single pinion pulled from the wings of the Angel of Time.
Schwarze Wolke (Starting Bid: 500,000c): Kaorblade of Geist, a Meranthean Imperfect of an eccentric repute remembered best among other tall tales told in the vagrant corners and circles he supposedly haunted. Vanished roughly 80 years past and seen by nary a soul (save itself, perhaps) until so recently.
Stargazer's Patch (Starting Bid: 150,000c): A magical accessory intended to aid in the observation of celestial bodies and phenomena.
Meudach Bean (Starting Bid: 150,000c): A legume believed to be grown off of stalks clung to the secretive gateways of the Wander Taxidion, warping somewhere out of anywhere once shed; only so very rarely somewhere that mortal men might ever find. What secrets and wonders of traversal magics may be housed therein the host to a world of speculation.
Gemstone Cone (Staring Bid: 120,000c): Namesake of the gemstone cypress, gemstone cones are a defensive mechanism which direct volatile magics from the whole of the tree and crystallizes them into its scales. Often shattering before fully saturating, a wholly petrified cone makes quite the precious stone.
Antique Boomerang (Starting Bid: 120,000c): Hawked as the very subject of old legends of war in which scores -if not hundreds- of men would be shorn in two all from a singular arc thrown by the West's greatest warriors. Far-fetched as that may be, there is a credible tradition of sharp-edged boomerangs occupying the repertoires of the Silent Expanse's rangers, and a verifiable provenance to this particularly notable example as a relic seasoned in the wars of the early 22nd century.
Stone of Twilight (Starting Bid: 120,000c): A two-toned ore found exclusively at the equator, whose streaks of daylit gold and midnight blue meld together in balance.
Solitaire Spine (Starting Bid: 75,000c): The foot-long needle of a tremendous cacti deep in the desert, exceedingly sharp and host to a potent venom.
Unidentified Blue Elixir (Starting Bid: 50,000c): Diction strains to encapsulate how very blue this fluid is, and evidently its owner strained to determine what function it serves beyond being so potent of a pigment before sending out listings for potential buyers.
For Sale:
Water Lotus Flower x4 (Cost: 100,000c): Where it is deepest and darkest, that fate may not see. Where the waters are still and silent, that fate may not hear. So grows these pristine blooms most desperately prized by those who fear the hand that fate may deal if not finessed a slight.
Blood Copper x4 (Cost: 75,000c): A blood-red form of copper sought for its excellent conductivity.
Atrellyan Mothsilk x6 (Cost: 30,000c): Since the collapse of Atrellya's order into a seemingly ceaseless churn of its demonic clans feuding amongst each other, the taboo luxury of Atrellyan spidersilk has grown ever-rarer. Fortunately - or unfortunately, as many would sooner say, a generous flow of this previously unheard-of alternative has waxed as the supply of spidersilk has waned. Unheard-of, and perhaps not without reason: Impressive and exotic without a doubt, if on the measure for how utterly bleak and bleary a thing it is. Dull, coarse, and dusty is the product of the ever-undignified Clan of the Moth said to flourish from ashes and apathy, even that of Atrellya itself.
Archmage Crate x8 (Cost: 10,000c) Your guess is as good as mine as to what could be inside, dear customer!
!!!Opening Tomorrow, 5/12, 6 PM EST!!!
