Anyway, Blood is a nice tree. Never used it but I like it. Kind of inspires trees to be better. Have more spells/options.

if it's overtuned no idea. I have fought against it and while the homing hits hard, the rest seemed to feel straight: strong but not unbeatable.

I guess I'm in the minority that feel we should buff more than nerf
