demons at kaor have the human passive but with an additional, extra 10 stats, and they gain 3 * the AP from dangerous/deadly encounters, as well as begin with a locked tree if they wish (occult)
the only change that'd really make sense would be to remove the padded stats they get in their lesser form, but i think it's probably fine as is since up to that RPL you don't have much of a build
right now they are undoubtedly humans but better in every way, save for the fact they need to brave the fires of antagonism (which could also be seen as an incentive/award)
