Sound strike is a homing and not an auto-hit to be fair. As is infection. And energy constrict (which isn't posted here). The former and the latter probably need some beef up either in their range or damage or cd, anything really since they can just be avoided by walking away due to their low projectile speed. Infection's range mitigates that a bit but it's still avoidable in most cases.

I don't think mind fray is worth 15 RPP personally. Darkness is just... better...... If there was anything to make more costly it should've been darkness.
