Yes I feel like being able to jump back and forth between spells is a tad ridiculous at the moment, you should only have so many chances.
However seeing how balance is at the moment a lot of spells and mechanics could change, the staff offering to accommodate refunds due to these changes keep the players happy even if their bar is hurt due to a change. Of course this is only right to say for this stage in development, but by no means do I speak for staff on this one, just my opinion
